Leadership
Angelo Flemings
President & CEO | Founder
Angelo Flemings brings more than three decades of experience in engineering technology, simulation, digital engineering, business development, and executive leadership.
His career includes executive leadership roles with Siemens Digital Industries Software and Siemens PLM Software, as well as Mechanical Dynamics, where he helped lead the growth and market development of ADAMS multibody dynamics technology, and Red Cedar Technology, where he held leadership roles spanning global business development and operations.
Throughout his career, Angelo has helped build and commercialize engineering technology businesses and worked with global organizations to apply advanced technologies to complex product-development challenges.
At Diverse Solutions, he brings this experience together to help customers connect engineering decisions to real-world outcomes—from simulation and optimization through manufacturing and production readiness.
Angelo previously founded and owned Diverse Solutions, Inc., providing technology, testing, and functional prototype services to automotive and engineering customers. Today's Diverse Solutions, LLC builds on that entrepreneurial foundation, bringing together advanced engineering technology, simulation, optimization, manufacturing knowledge, and engineering enablement to address today's complex product development challenges.

Jenny Barsotti
Jenny Barsotti brings more than 15 years of experience in marketing, brand development, design, and strategic communications, including seven years in the engineering and simulation software industry.
Prior to Diverse Solutions, Jenny served as Marketing Manager at Siemens Digital Industries Software, where she led and supported marketing initiatives for engineering simulation, MDAO, and simulation process and data management technologies.
As Vice President of Marketing, Jenny leads Diverse Solutions' marketing strategy, brand development, creative direction, digital presence, and communications, working across leadership, technical teams, and industry partners to support business growth and strengthen the company's market position.
Jenny also serves on the Board of Directors for Friends of South Cumberland State Parks, leading communications initiatives supporting conservation, environmental education, and community engagement.
