Dr. Mehmet Guler brings more than 25 years of industrial, consulting, research, and engineering experience solving complex structural, thermal, dynamic, and multiphysics problems. His expertise includes linear and nonlinear FEA, structural mechanics, stress and failure analysis, dynamics, fatigue and fracture, crashworthiness, composites, thermal analysis, and coupled thermomechanical behavior.
His experience spans aerospace and aircraft engines, power generation and gas turbines, automotive and transportation, heavy equipment, and industrial systems. Dr. Guler works with customers from problem definition and modeling strategy through simulation, validation, results interpretation, and design recommendations—helping translate complex physical systems into practical engineering insight.

Dr. Nigel Richardson brings more than 25 years of experience in digital engineering, technology commercialization, enterprise transformation, and business development across aerospace and defense, electronics and semiconductor, energy, automotive, and advanced manufacturing. His global leadership experience spans North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
He combines business leadership with deep technical expertise across CFD, FEA, structural and thermal analysis, MDAO, design-space exploration, simulation process and data management, reduced-order modeling, digital twins, and AI-enabled engineering. His experience connecting engineering disciplines into integrated multidisciplinary workflows helps organizations improve design decisions, accelerate product development, and tackle complex engineering challenges.
Isiah “Mickey” White, MBA
Senior Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Consultant
Isiah “Mickey” White brings more than 40 years of engineering, manufacturing, and quality leadership experience across the automotive, transportation, and defense industries. During his career at Ford Motor Company, he held senior engineering and supplier quality leadership roles, overseeing quality performance across 245 Tier 1 North American suppliers of chassis components and systems.
His expertise spans supplier quality and development, manufacturing process control, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, statistical process control (SPC), process capability, and root cause analysis. Through his consulting practice, Real World Solutions, Mickey works directly with manufacturers to resolve production and quality challenges, improve supplier performance, and implement effective corrective actions—helping customers strengthen manufacturing readiness, maintain production continuity, and deliver products that meet engineering and quality requirements.
